We would like to inform you all that our website is now available within the software, Z.O.O.M - File & Image Uploader. You can now use this software to upload to many different file hosts at once. We hope you like this update as it was highly requested.
New Site UI and UX Design
We have recently redesigned UploadHub completely, with a new design and much more. We felt as the old design wasn't clean enough, so we went with something more modern of a design, we really do hope you like the design.
Servers Back Online!
I would like to inform you that all of our servers have been recovered and are all back online! This now means that you can now download and upload your files again, we apologize for the inconvenience that was caused during this period.
Servers Unresponsive
On Wednesday, 10th March, 2021 a fire struck out at one of our databases that we use for our servers in France. Fortunately the fire did not damage the servers that we use, except from one server, which will be replaced. We estimate that this will over and dealt with by Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th. We want to thank you for being patient with us.
Premium Account
We have enabled an option for users to Upgrade their Account to Premium for an affordable Price of only $4.99, with this you will gain access to a list of Account Benefits, you can view the list of all the benefits on the upgrade page itself. We currently only accept Stripe payments as of now, we hope to expand this in the near future.
Improved Performance
We have finished with our site transfer, and have optimized our site and it is running smoothly now! We have also acquired more Servers, which means better download & upload speeds, and a lot of Storage Space for everyone! Thank you for being patient with us!
Disabled Site Uploading
We are currently transferring all our servers to another server, we are doing this so that the site can become more stable. File uploading will be back enabled very soon.
Download Speeds Fixed
We have recently resolved the issue with downloads being slow to Initate, you can now download your files extremely fast now! Thank you for being patient with us.
Max Downloads at once
We have updated the max amount of concurrent downloads per user to 4, It was unlimited before but that was causing us some server issues. This may be increased In the near future as we will expand our servers, to handle your needs.
Removal of Inactive Files
We have changed file inactivity time period for free users from 20 days to 14 days. So now free users inactive files will be removed after 14 days. This is to save server storage space, for unneeded files.
